Semiconductors
The Semiconductor Division manufactures a range of GaAs & Si diodes including Varactors, Hyperabrupt Varactors, PINs, Gunns, Schottky's and IMPATTs. They are available in chip form or in a number of different package styles.

Microwave Components
The Sensors Division produces a wide range of Doppler transceivers, oscillators, isolators and many specially designed sub-systems that enable MDT's customers to reduce cost and improve performance of their own systems.
