M1 SERIES double-balanced mixers feature multi-octave bandwidths, and offer high-frequency IF input/outputs, as well as a DC IF response. The M1 topology offers low conversion loss, high port-to-port isolations, and a high IF response relative to the low end of the RF/LO band. See product table
M2 SERIES triple-balanced mixers utilize a dual-quad, AC-coupled IF topology. This allows for wide RF/LO/IF bandwidths. The M2 topology provides for high IF frequencies and for significant frequency overlap in the RF/LO/IF bands. The use of two quads permits high drive levels for high dynamic range applications. See product table
T3 SERIES utilize a dual-quad, AC- coupled IF topology with internal resistors to terminate unwanted two-tone and spurious products, creating high-intercept mixers relative to the required LO drive. The T3 topology also provides for high IF frequencies and for significant frequency overlap in the RF/LO/IF bands. See product table
M3 SERIES double-balanced mixers feature planar and pseudo-planar construction with no backside components. The planar construction of these mixers creates simple and repeatable units for high-volume commercial applications. See product table
M4 SERIES double-balanced mixers offer the broadest RF/LO bandwidth of all mixer topologies, covering from 1 to 40 GHz and 2 to 65 GHz, with a DC IF response. These have traditionally been used for synthesizer (or other similar test equipment applications). M4 mixers are also often used as wideband phase detectors and for noise figure test stations. See product table

M8 SERIES and M9 SERIES double-balanced mixers utilize a 3-dimensional construction, offering the best broadband isolations of any mixer topology. Many offer a DC IF response, as well as broad RF/LO bandwidths. In addition, these mixers offer the best phase response for bi- phase modulator applications. M9 mixers offer superior performance to 65 GHz. See product tables
IR SERIES IMAGE REJECT (IR) and SINGLE SIDEBAND (SSB) mixers are available for radio bands where single-sideband-rejection or suppression is required. These mixers are available in frequency bands from 1.5 to 40 GHz. Ultra-wide-bandwidth IR and SSB mixers are available for ECM type military applications as well. See product tables
IQ SERIES QUADRATURE IF (IQ) mixers are available for radio and ECM bands. These mixers are available in both open-carrier and packaged outlines for frequency bands from 1.5 to 18 GHz. See product table
Q SERIES MIXERS include a selected line of standard catalog model mixers screened to military specifications. Screening is based on based on MIL-DTL-28837. See product table
